Our RV Park includes:

• In October 2017, we stayed in our Motorhome at Cenla RV Park and Campground in Spirit Lake, IA. The Indiana Factory is not far away but you need to book tour in advance as they are not always available. Concert are held in the summer at the Amusement park not far away. Nice brewery across the road and down a bit - Okonpki Brewery.

RV sites are in a wooded area, so OTA or dish reception would be limited. We camped at Spirit Lake Casino & Resort RV Park in a Travel Trailer. General Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to register and present a government-issued photo ID at check-in. A valid credit card is required upon arrival; $25 minimum authorization will be processed. Reservations not cancelled by 4 p.m. day of arrival or not checked into are subject to one night’s room and resort fee charge.

We will make every attempt to accommodate special requests (i.e. particular site). However, because circumstances beyond our control occasionally arise, we reserve the right to provide the closest possible alternative without advance notice. Room rates may vary should you change dates of stay or room type; all rates are based on availability. No outside alcohol is permitted on the RV sites; all guest bags and coolers are subject to inspection by staff upon check in to the RV park.

We do accept cash but only at the time of check out. Our current policy is that you must provide a credit or debit card at the time of check in which will be authorized for the amount of your stay. Then, if you choose to change the payment type, either to cash or a different card, you may do so at check out.

Our Pet Policy

We welcome 1 pet per RV site (at management discretion, one additional pet is permitted).

At check-in, guests MUST declare your pet.

If a pet(s) causes damage to the Property, the Property manager is permitted to charge the guest for the damage caused by the pet.

Guests may not leave a pet unattended.

Pet(s) must be on a leash at all times or in a carrier.

No pets are allowed in any dinette or restaurant space, or wherever else food may be prepared, stored, or served. No pets are allowed in any fitness center, pool area, or laundry facility.

Guests are required to clean up after their pet(s) (inside or outside) and keep the pet(s) within their control at all times.

If a pet(s) is deemed dangerous, harmful, or disruptive, management has sole discretion to request that the guest remove the pet(s) or to request that the guest find other accommodations. The Property staff may also contact animal control to have a pet(s) removed.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel, please do so by 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Should you cancel or modify your reservation after 4 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival, one night’s room and resort fee will be charged to your credit card. Please cancel reservations by calling Call 1-800-WINUBET or (701) 766-4888.

If you have not arrived before 8 pm, the credit card on file is authorized for first night’s room and resort fee, to hold the room until 2 am. Should you fail to arrive by that time remaining nights will be cancelled.

No tenting permitted on RV sites.
